3) Bears The old Mr Black loved bear hunting, but his eyes were not good anymore. Once he nearly shot a man instead of a bear. Therefore, his friends were very careful when they went hunting with him. Once a friend wanted to laugh a lot: he took a paper and wrote "I am not a bear." on it. Then he hung it on his belly and went into the forest. His friends saw it and laughed a lot, but it did not save him, the old man shot at him. The young friend was very frightened. "Mr Black," he said, "didn’t you see the writing?" "Yes, I did." Then he came nearer, read the paper and said, "Oh, I did not see the ‘not’."

He is far from me, he comes to me, he is near me, he goes away from me. The mouse is small. The cat is big. The elephant is bigger than the cat. near - nearer
