However, one day at twelve o'clock in the afternoon, a police car stopped in front of Mrs Brown's house, and two police officers helped Mr Brown to get out of the car. One of them said to Mrs Brown, "The poor old gentleman got lost in the park and called for help, so we sent a car to take him home." Mrs Brown was very surprised, but she thanked the police officer and they drove away. "But, grandfather," she said, "you were in that park for almost twenty years, how could you get lost?" The old man smiled, blinked with one eye, and said, "I didn’t really get lost; I just felt tired and did not want to walk home!"
