Lesson 261

3) Without pants Peter was four years old, and a very naughty boy. Every day after lunch, his mother took him to his bedroom and put him in his cot to rest for an hour. But Peter never sleeping, usually made a lot of noise getting out of his cot every few minutes. One afternoon, as usual, putting him in his cot Peter’s mother went to her bedroom to sew something. After ten minutes hearing a noise, she went to Peter's room. He was not there, but his pants were on the floor in front of his cot. She looked for him in the other rooms upstairs, but he was not there either, so she went to the edge of the stairs angrily calling down, "Did you run downstairs without pants?" "No, ma'am," answered a man's voice. "I brought your vegetables and I'm wearing my pants."
