take a bath = bathe A bird sings. A person speaks. (sing, sang, sung) A bird sings a song. A bird is a singer. A bird’s song sounds nice. The sound of the bird’s song is nice. The sound of a car is not nice, it’s a noise. We like the bird’s song because it entertains us. We entertain ourselves with a book. The animals in the zoo entertain us.
