2) The doorman Tom was the doorman of an office building in a big city. Every day thousands of people passed by his entrance and many of them stopped to ask him to tell them the exact time. After a few months, Tom said to himself he would go to a store, buy a big clock and then hang it up at the office building’s entrance. He bought a clock and hung it up. He happily thought people would stop asking him about the time. But after that, every day a lot of people stopped, looked at the clock and turned to Tom: "Does the clock show the correct time?"
