3) Take a taxi to school
Henry was the only son of
a rich English businessman. Usually the chauffeur took him to school in his
father's beautiful car before driving Henry's father to his office. One
evening his father told him that he had to go to the airport early the next
day and therefore needed the car himself. He further explained that Henry's
mother, who owned another car, would still be in bed by the time Henry had to
leave the house. "Well, how do I get to school when you need your car
and Mama is still in bed?" Henry asked. His father thought this was a
good opportunity to teach his son an instructive lesson on how difficult life
was for the world's less fortunate children. So he replied, “you will go to
school like any other child in the world. In a taxi!"
