7) Medically examined

A young man was called up for military service and had to go to a medical examination. When he entered the doctor was sitting at a desk. He said to the man: "Take off your coat and shirt, loosen your belt and sit on this chair!" The young man did this. The doctor looked at him for a moment without getting up from his chair and then said, "All right, get dressed again!" "But you didn't examine me at all," said the young man in a worried voice. "It is not necessary," said the doctor softly. "When I told you to take off your coat and shirt, you heard me well. So you are not deaf. You saw the chair I pointed at, so your eyesight is good enough for the army. You managed to undress and sit on the chair, so your body has to be healthy and you understood what I told you and you did it without mistakes, so you have to be smart enough for the army."
